If you choose to do both Home Education and Online Education with Hope Christian School, you will need to fill out all three forms:  Home Education , Online Program (see the link above) , Shared Responsibility     

If you are doing a Home Education program at another school board, please fill out only two forms:  Online Program (see the link above) and Shared Responsibility
