Return Policy:

URstore will accept the following items for returns:
- Products with printing defects or not produced according to order
- Items with manufacturing damage or defects
- Items damaged in shipment

URstore will only accept limited returns for the following items:
- Products produced as ordered
- Free or promotional items
- Items ordered through Bulk Orders 

For health and safety reasons all Face Covers, decorated or blank, are final sale.

Because URstore products are a one-of-a-kind items created specific to the order, we do not accept returns for products that are produced as ordered. For quality concerns, please contact us at 1-866-306-9353 or send an email to support@urstore.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order.
