If your circumstances have changed and you find yourself needing to withdraw from a course, withdraw from the school or having to transfer one course to another semester, please fill out the Withdrawal /Course Transfer Request.  You must fill out this form if any of these are your circumstances in order for you to be officially withdrawn or your course transferred.
